Use the Action Items app to track minor to-do type activities, related to the successful delivery of the project, but not being tracked as part of the project schedule or WBS.  Assign an owner, start and due date, percent complete and status, so that action items are properly recorded and action taken to address and complete them.  Available at the Project Online Project Workspace sub-site level.
