Any change to the project’s baseline for scope, budget or schedule are documented and analyzed with this Change app.  Use the app to gather the information about each change request and analyze the effect of the change on the entire project.  This information, along with the project manager’s recommendation, goes to the project sponsor, the change control board or the configuration management committee for final review of the request.  Available at the Project Online Project Workspace sub-site level.
